Overview

As Regional Director of Sales, South India –you would ensure that Netcon’s Sales Annual Operating plan is met by defining the sales strategy and execution plan for your region. Ensure that monthly/quarterly targets are achieved, develop plan to grow market share, penetrate new markets and maintain the overall business relationship with existing and new customers in the region.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic

  • Develop, communicate, execute and manage strategic business plan, to overdrive the assigned revenue goals
  • Create a culture of success and sales force that top sales people want to join
  • Monitor market trends and develop partnerships that can accelerate performance
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers and Inside Sales/Sales Development Representatives on complex negotiations involving multiple touchpoints and business requirements
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive large size Projects > 5mn USD
  • Build credibility to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, which becomes critical while rendering services to the clients like legal, service delivery, customer support and Procurement
  • Continuously keep abreast of industry and market trends, whilst building strong knowledge in our products and services

Financial

  • Understand Cashflow and channelize the team towards profitability
  • Set annual and monthly forecasts with accuracy
  • Review on a monthly basis the actual revenue / margin contribution vs. target plan and profitability

Key Characteristics

  • 3 – 4 years Successful Hunting experience in new customer acquisition
  • 5 – 8 years of Experience in leadership roles and possess good territory knowledge
  • Self-Starter, highly motivated and respected in the ecosystem
  • Independent, goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • A disciplined individual and team player
